It's on the left side of the screen but kinda above your avatar but below the tab section bar.
For me it's just above the FB Like/share buttons.
That is if your using the web page. for the app I would have to look it up.

It happens. I am still learning stuff on here.
Understand, sometimes it seems like button prefer to hide haha
