It's just the way things are. I dunno how the National Guard is (I'm in the reserves which I think may be better.) Work as hard as you can to move up and then you wont have to worry about stuff as much.

Damn. Sounds like he didnt take the "no one is more professional than I" part of the NCO creed very serisouly.

That sucks. That is the way of the army though. I thought as I moved up through the ranks things would get better but they didnt. I am a SSG now, getting looked at for E-7 this year so hopefully I make it and I get a Platoon. I deal with more shit as a SSG than I did as a Specialist.

I went out for 19X. Broke my leg during the selection process and never tried again cause I was 20 days into it and was pretty bummed that I didnt finish. I would have made it too.

What's your MOS? I was 11B now I'm MP. I am assigned to NCIS out of Jacksonville for my reserve unit.
